3.Product Details:
Lip gloss applicator and caps packaging,made up of tube ,applicator and the cap.one tube,one applicator and a cap.PE tube or ABL tube also ok,can be with the offect printing ,screw printing and hot stamping printing.In size #19,the capatical can be in about 8ml-30ml.Size #19 tube with 20ml capatical is in about 90mm.
The plug is made of PE,usual in white color.The color can be change if you need.The plug can control the liquid output ,make sure the liquid will not come out to much.The unique product curve is easier to apply,fit the lip curve well.
The cap has 3types,all in different looking.
The #19-27 is made of 3 parts.One PP out cap(tooth cap),one PE plug and a artificial diamonds on the top.The out cap,it is produce by injection moulding,and with the electroplating color.For the PE plug(the applicator),the usual color is in transparent.and the artificial diamonds can be in every color you need.
The #19-23 is a flat top cap,it made up with a PS top cap,and a PP tooth cap,and a PE plug(the applicator)The PS top cap usually in transparent and without color,also the color one is ok.and the PP tooth cap,it is product by injection moulding.product injection moulding with color is ok,and you can also order the cap in electroplating color.
The 20-31 cap is in special looking.one ABS out cap,one PP tooth ,one PE plug.All three part in product by injection moulding.All color is ok ,and also can be in electroplating color.The looking for the cap is very special,and it usually in electroplating color.
